Gainsbourg — The Birth of a Coffee

Gainsbourg is a marriage of the world’s finest Arabica coffees, born from a personal and artistic journey. Having lived at the Cité Internationale des Arts, in the very same studio once occupied by Serge Gainsbourg, at a time when I was known as a composer, I sought to translate his universe into a cup. This coffee invites the taster into a Gainsbourg state of mind: raw yet refined, evoking tobacco, cigarettes, pastis, cognac, women, and love. Its genesis lies in the blending of great terroirs—Colombian Pink Bourbon with cognac-like notes, classic Bourbon, and a sharp, mineral touch from Réunion Island. A bold, free-spirited coffee, provocative and unmistakably elegant.
