Jamaica - Blue Mountain
Washed coffee with notes of brown sugar, honey, and chocolate.
From the misty peaks of the Blue Mountains in Jamaica comes a coffee of rare elegance and prestige.
Grown on steep, lush slopes amid a wide diversity of trees and plants, each bean ripens slowly under the careful protection of nature, developing a bright and lively acidity balanced by silky notes of chocolate and vanilla.
Our partners ensure that high-quality local smallholders fully benefit from the growing recognition of specialty coffee worldwide, with traceability guaranteed back to the farm.
Protected since 1953 by Jamaican coffee regulations — the first in the world to define coffee by geographic origin, similar to the great French wines — Blue Mountain Coffee is meticulously inspected, approved, and barrelled under the watchful supervision of the Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority.
Each cup is a testament to the heritage, craftsmanship, and unmatched flavor of one of the world’s most famous coffees.

Roaster’s Note
Sometimes Blue Mountain coffee is considered prestigious only for its name or price.
But I believe it deserves more than that: it deserves a sincere chance. Its story dates back to 1728, when coffee was introduced to Jamaica from Martinique by Governor Nicholas Lawes.
Since then, the cool, misty slopes of the Blue Mountains, between 910 and 1,700 meters, have shaped a unique terroir. Today, only a precisely defined and protected area authorized by the Coffee Industry Board of Jamaica can carry the Blue Mountain Coffee name. The strength of this coffee does not lie in exuberance or spectacular scores.
It lies in a cup of rare elegance: smooth, rounded, balanced, with notes of chocolate, nuts, and sometimes vanilla.
A coffee that does not aim to impress with power, but to convince through consistency and subtlety.Giving Blue Mountain a chance means accepting that a coffee can captivate not through boldness, but through harmony.
It is tasting nearly three centuries of history, an ancient and now protected terroir, and understanding why it remains, to this day, a global benchmark.
